About the Author

Mary Pauline Lowry is the author of the novels The Roxy Letters and Wildfire. She has an MA in English/Creative Writing from the University of Texas and an MFA in Creative Writing from Boise State University. Her work has appeared in O Magazine, The New York Times, The New York Times Magazine, The Millions, and other publications. She writes a weekly newsletter about comedic pop culture called Make It Funny.
